Ms. Rabia Amen joined the Lab of Dr. Hassan as a Ph.D. student
in January 2021. Her research is focused on the fabrication of
nanocellulose based adsorbents for the removal of organic
contaminants from wastewater. She has done M.Sc. (Hons.)
Environmental Science from the University of Agriculture Faisalabad,
Pakistan. In M.Sc., she had worked on the treatment of sewage
wastewater using three types of biochars.
